Our products will always be delivered to you in discreet packaging. Glass bongs and fragile items are carefully double boxed with padding. Product information external to the packaging required for international customs will read as "glass ornament" or "gift".

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete you will should contact customer service within 30 days stating your order number if possible to make it replacement easier. Any claims for missing or damaged items after this time period will not be accepted.

Returns

We accept returns should you wish a swap or refund of your order providing postage is covered and the items are returned unopened in the original packaging. If an item shows signs of use a refund will not be accepted.
